a) All products (STL, FBX, OBJ, rigged characters, etc.) are digital downloads.
b) License: On purchase, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license for personal AND commercial use in your own projects (games, films, 3D prints). You CANNOT resell, share, redistribute, or include the raw files in a stock pack / asset pack / NFT collection.
c) No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. No refunds after download/delivery. If file is corrupted, we will replace it within 7 days.
3. Custom Work & Payments Payments via Stripe, Gumroad, Payoneer. 50-100% advance required before work starts. Delivery is digital. Client is responsible for providing correct email for delivery.
4. Intellectual Property All content on this site is owned by EDGYS Studios. For custom client work, IP transfers to client only after full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.
